Our First Ever Craft Fair at Titanic Hotel Belfast!

Our First Ever Craft Fair at Titanic Hotel Belfast!

If you follow me on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok you'll know that I'm a wee bit obsessed with all things Titanic and Harland & Wolff (they kinda go together, right?!).

So when I was asked if I'd be interested in taking part in the Fine & Dandy Craft Fair in the Drawing Office of Titanic Hotel Belfast, I didn't need much time to ponder this question.

The answer was a resounding, YES.

In case you didn't know, Titanic was designed in Drawing Office One (there's two Drawing Offices and the other one is currently a beautiful bar and restaurant). As the former HQ of Harland & Wolff, this building and its surrounding area is steeped in shipbuilding history but the interior architecture is stunning, particularly both Drawing Offices.

Don't believe me? Watch my Instagram Reel from the time I stayed in this amazing hotel (not sponsored!).

Anyway, I started my market prep about two days beforehand and was ready and raring to go by the time Sunday morning had arrived.

Here is my stand, I've only attended 4 craft fairs in about a year and have a little system I follow for set-up. I generally prefer a symmetrical layout and use lots of crates and other knick-knacks to help create different levels for some added interest.

Anyone have tips on how to straighten my banner?!

All-in-all it was a very good day. I met lots of people who already follow me on Instagram; it was so lovely to see you all in person! I sold a wide range of products too. Here's some of my best sellers!

THE STAR OF THE SHOW!

This Northern Ireland landmarks art print was unquestionably the frontrunner in terms of popularity. It sells really well online and at markets. It includes a whole heap of our beloved landmarks and icons (even the Bangor swans!) which is why I think it's such a crowd pleaser. Available with or without a black frame!

In terms of notebooks, my olive green hardback and the wirebound notebook which features a NI map flew off the shelves!

My greetings cards were also VERY popular! Especially the Belfast themed ones!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stand and made a purchase! You made me very happy indeed! And a massive HELLO to all of you who follow me on Instagram and introduced yourselves; there's nothing quite like chatting in person!
