Our Story

PAPERCROWN NI was founded by Anita Brown, a keen notebook collector.  Being born and bred in Belfast (she currently lives in the city), she is also an admirer of historical Belfast landmarks.

Anita, with her design background and creative flair, decided to combine the two and PAPERCROWN NI was born.

The aim of our notebooks and other stationery items is to place emphasis on great design with use of colour and pattern, using familiar Belfast iconography to encourage the feel-good factor. We know how important a positive mindset is to our mental health.

We're also aware of the growing mental health issues affecting Northern Ireland (did you know that Northern Ireland has the worst levels of mental health in the UK?) and we want to contribute to the amazing work being undertaken by various NI organisations. We will donate 10% net profit of each product sold to a chosen Northern Ireland charity (to be decided).

This means every single purchase you make has the ability to contribute to REAL change for the people of Northern Ireland.

If you know of any emerging mental health organisations in Northern Ireland that you think we should know about, contact us! We'd love to know more.

We will post regular updates on our charitable endeavours and also new product launches on our website! However, sign up to our newsletter to stay ahead of the game!
